Speech Services
Speech services are provided for qualifying students who qualify for an IEP and need specialized instruction in any area of communication: speaking, listening, reading, writing, or social skills.
Some children require services for a few weeks while others may need them for a few years.
Services are typically provided in a variety of methods best suited to your student and their needs (i.e., 1-1, small group, whole-class instruction).
Please visit www.asha.org for more information as to what a speech-language pathologist does and kinds of services are provided.
